Ted Fattoross experienced over 100 other networking groups during a 10 year period. Many of the groups he attended were too rigid and came with too many rules and regulations. He found people within some of these groups sharing leads that had no value because mandates and quotas were made by these organizations that required their members to comply with the demands of giving leads and bringing guests. Ted found it necessary to create something better.

Network PLUS grew from 1 location to 26 with a goal of over 10,000 members within three years.

Within Network PLUS it’s members do business with each other by choice — not by mandate. Because people do business with people they trust, period. Members are treated with respect and dignity and are not fined for being late, not bringing guests or not sharing leads. This creates the right environment for sharing contacts, doing business and have a great time. The organizations motto "no kissing on the first date" means people come to build rapport and get to know each other — not "sell" each other at the first meeting. Each event is led by an experienced and trained facilitator and is part of the management team of Network PLUS.

The goal of Network PLUS is to create the best environment for networking while offering a range of "plus" services that will assist it’s members in growing their business through education, motivation and inspiration. Being the best is what we do and listening to our members and following up on their needs is how we do it.
